There are countless ways we can use mantras and affirmations for blessing ourselves, our Mother Earth, and those around us.


There is remarkable magic and alchemy within these mantra affirmations. Chanting or talking out loud mantras can take us from low spirits to high. They are tools that help us clear out old, stagnant, seemingly impossible-to-bust-loose patterns, or can be a way to experience joy and bliss by letting the voice flow freely.


These mantra affirmations are here to help us release fear, heal wounds, and remember that we are timeless, infinite, and sacred beings.


What is truly amazing about spoken word affirmation mantras and chanting is that each of us holds the power of transformation within us. We don't have to go to a place or to another person to access this power. Our very own heart and body are the instruments of transformation.


Ho’oponopono blessings spoken to the waters, like in this video, is a Hawaiian healing practice. It means “to make things right.” By feeling and saying the words “I’m sorry, I love you, please forgive me, I thank you”, we take responsibility for ourselves and the world we create.


By clearing ourselves with love, forgiveness, and gratitude, we clear the experiences of the past, present, and future. These words spoken or chanted with intention are vibrations that break up old patterns of fear and negativity.
