Bobinsana was written on my guitar during a 14-day silent dieta in 2023. In this music video I am singing in gratitude to Bobinsana, a precious and sacred flower,  master plant spirit,  which holds a deeply cherished place in my heart. I first worked with her in Puer 2011, I’ve been blessed to walk alongside her all these years now, learning through her gentle yet profound wisdom. Over the past four years, it has  also been my honor to hold space for silent dietas for others who have also felt the call to connect with her heart-expanding medicine.

My prayer is to bring greater awareness and reverence to this delicate yet powerful plant teacher, who grows abundantly here in Costa Rica,
