Carole Maureen Friesen is the Owner of Heaven & Earth Sanctuary in Costa Rica. Colleen will be leading the Ayahuasca ceremonies, and Carole will be offering her PsychoSomatic therapy teachings for our group to truly embody & integrate the medicine in our bodies & spirit.

The group will be 12 of us in total.

Bookings are on a first come first basis.

The structure of the ceremony will be shipibo, santo daime & star language style for most of the night, and then communal song sharing at the end.

Costa Rica 10 DAY Retreat Structure

4 Ayahuasca ceremonies are included

1 Sweat Lodge is included

Visits to Hot springs & Waterfall sacred sites on day’s off

A workshop will be led by Colleen to learn the use of rappe, mapacho, sananga, agua florida opening ceremony with prayer to the four directions & the 5 elements in prayer for all our relations!

Shika Chika will be offering 2 Kambo session and breath work on our day's off, and participating in ceremonies with offering her medicine music

Learning & Singing sacred healing songs in community with Colleen facilitating these music classes

Bobinsana tea will be offered lightly in your dieta on the off days for deeper integration

2 classes will be offered by Carole Maureen Friesen on teaching what PsychoSomatic therapy is and how we can use these powerful  body teachings in our everyday lives & how to integrate the medicine into our bodies more deeply.

Medicinal plant discussions, and walking the lands to learn about the sacred plants with Colleen & Carole

Group talks to share and illuminate experiences

Movement Classes along wth Breath Work with cacao on day’s off will be offered by Colleen & Shika

Integration Guidance throughout the whole retreat with Colleen

Full Vegan Diet for the Entire Retreat - no eggs, no fish, no dairy or animal products

At least two meals a day with fresh fruit, juice, steamed vegetables, rice, lentils, quinoa, potatoes

Complimentary Group Zoom Discussion with your experiences and the process of integration when you get home

This is an opportunity to receive full healing treatment from Colleen who is an authentic curandera trained with 16 years experience working alongside Ayahuasca and many dieta medicinal plants.

The ceremonies will be held in the Malacoa above a beautiful flowing waterfall.

For your first half deposit please send $1,000 USD to this email address to ensure your reservation before Auguast 1st 2024.

There are no refunds.

Once your first deposit is received you will then receive the full outlined schedule of our daily practices from day one of your arrival until the last day of our retreat.

Your remaining funds must be sent by email transfer before November 1 2024 to ensure your “FULL” reservation, please use “Heal” for the password.

If your final payment is not received by November 1 2024 you will lose your spot with zero chance of refunding your first deposit.
