10-Day Costa Rica Retreat at "Heaven & Earth Sanctuary" Feburary 1- Feburary 11, 2024.

Carole Maureen Friesen is the Owner of Heaven & Earth Sanctuary in Costa Rica.

Colleen Ariel will be leading the Madre ceremonies. The structure of the ceremony offerings will include shipibo, santo daime & star language Icaros for most of the night & communal song sharing at the end.

Carole Frissen will be offering her PsychoSomatic therapy teachings for our group to truly embody & integrate the medicine in our bodies & spirit.

Clarity Barton will be offering Yoga, Breath Work & Conscious Movement

Shika Chika will be offering 1 Kambo session and breath work on our day's off, and participating in ceremonies with offering her medicine music.

The group will be 12 of us in total.

Ceremonies will be held in the Maloca with 12 people only above a beautiful flowing waterfall outdoors.  Workshops will be led by Colleen Ariel to learn the proper use of hape, mapacho, sananga, agua florida, plant baths, vapor aroma baths, opening sacred space with prayer & calling in protective guides with the Four Directions & Elements in prayer!

You will learn to open your voice & sing many sacred healing songs with your beloved community.
